A digital-health COPD reviews vendor had traffic but weak conversion. Four roles hit generic pages and long forms, creating friction. We redesigned journeys to match committee cognition and the evidence each role needs to progress.

Permission first, proof second, commitment third. Clinical saw outcome deltas; procurement saw cost and service impact; IT saw integration and safety. Compliant micro-copy plus calendaring and CRM routing reduced anxiety and effort.

Outcomes

Form completion rose, SQL rate increased, and time-to-meeting fell. The same traffic produced materially more pipeline, with fewer no-shows and smoother hand-offs into sales.
